RALLYDAY Stand attendance

Start this thread to get things organised, we have a stand booked for 12 cars and im going to book a teepee, or a gazzebo. the stand will have a centre piece which i will not reveal as yet and some have expressed an interest in track time, i have not finalised track details yet. i have 12 stand passes and 12 entry tickets, some have been paid for can you indicate if you have paid using a (p) for paid and (N) for ticket needed i will purchase extra tickets needed from rallyday direct, closing date for tickets is 28th august. this is gonna be so damn sexy......we gonna have brass bands and naked ladys sprawled over the cars....erm no we're not i just got issues...lol
its going to be a day to remember.

But you got winks graphics to do so will deduct ticket price from cost of that.
Martys ticket and track time is paid for as i owe him 40 quids
Children under 16 dont need a ticket...

cant get none more tickets as missed the 31st cut off point........but i have a plan, can still get tickets at £13 each from chippenham tourist information, so will have a look up there.
yes sue, lukes ticket goes with his stand pass.

i gonna look on the sites for a paddock plan from last year, i reckon its around where we were parked last year

Stand Pass and tickets are £13.00 each all who has paid are in red, i will attempt to get a coiple more adult tickets from information office at the cheaper rate of 13.00 otherwise its 20.00 on the gate, i have 7 under 16 tickets spare, but they are free anyway.
