Right, in the last few months, it has come to my attention that, when events are being booked/sorted out etc, we seem to have different partys trying to lead the role each year. And its nothing personal to said party(s) but it doesnt look very good from a club prospective. We need one maybe two events co-ordinator/Organisers so when booking rallyday, trackdays, outings, drives out in the country which ever it may be we need 1 or 2 members to take over this roll.
